• Need to be well versed with iPhone Internals [iPhone SDK, X-Code

• Extensive Knowledge on Objective c, COCOA Touch is required.

  application for the Android platform.

4. Position: Senior Developer, Developer (Android Application Development)

Skills Required:

• Candidate should be expert in Android Application Development.
• Should have 4+ years experience programming in Java and 2+ years Android Java/GUI development.
• Need to be well versed with Android Internals [NDK, SDK, AIDL, OpenGL 2D and 3D graphics,
  Telephony (GSM, CDMA), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Linux Kernel, Camera, Audio, Video, Location
  and Map library etc.]
• Good knowledge of OOPS programming languages ( C++/Java)
• Knowledge of J2ME/Symbian(S60)/Blackberry is a plus(not mandatory)
• Know the Android platform and its capabilities well; able to advise a team on adapting an application for the Android platform
• Candidate should guide and lead a team.
• Those who have developed high end applications/platforms published on Android Market
  will be preferred (need reference links).

5. Position: Senior Mobile Application Developer (Blackberry)

Job Description:

• Hands on experience on Blackberry mobile software development.
  Good knowledge of Object Oriented concepts and a strong passion for software development.
• Good knowledge of Blackberry API, Devices and application implementation and development.
• Knowledge of architecture principles for mobile applications.
• SDLC of a mobile applications, knowledge in low level design, end to end development and testing for product and solution development.
• Experienced in Connectivity, PIM, Messaging, Browser, security, HTTP, UI design, Location based & multimedia technologies.
• Understanding of application frameworks like – messaging and browser frameworks preferred

6. Position: Franchise Business Developer

Job Description

Franchise Business Developer, is accountable for developing the strategy and systems for selling GeniusPort™ franchises to State Level Master Franchisees or to individual franchisees. This person will develop the strategy and execute the plan to prospect highly qualified and motivated franchise operators and follow through the point of sale.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with DIRECTOR and Founders of the company, develop the short- and long-term strategy that will guide aggressive franchise sales for the next 2-3 years.
• Develop finely tuned prospect models based on market analysis and customer segmentation.
• Personally execute on strategy and follow through on all stages of sale to the point of closing.
• Continue to maintain relationships with franchisees to monitor progress, identify issues and manage franchise satisfaction.
• Partner closely with GeniusPort™ management team of Accounting, Legal, IT, Franchise Operations and others to ensure prospecting and sales process is smooth and successful.
• Develop reporting systems to track sales and other key metrics.
• Continually update management team and outside partners on sales progress and key issues.
• Work closely with staff to continually innovate and elevate the brand for franchisees and other stakeholders to drive profitability.
• Hire, manage and motivate a team.
• Develop strong relationships with potential investors and master franchisees.
• Review franchise Agreements and site Approvals.
• Monitor billing and collections.
• Legal issues resolution.
• Help to develop systems and processes .
• Conducts Quality Audits.
• Encourages Innovation amongst franchisees.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ sales experience in a fast-growth franchise or multi-unit operating environment.
• Sales executive who is equally comfortable developing strategy/systems and selling.
• Strong financial skills for tracking and analyzing sales and key economic indicators.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Should have worked in IT Related franchise selling.
• Working knowledge of legal agreements.
• Strong appreciation for creative entrepreneurs.
• Good team player and influencer who collaborates well with diverse stakeholders.
